I was loving your art, then I read this... now I personally take offense to the way in which you put this. I am assuming you are under the impression that in life people probably must get a job, have a family grow old ect.
Nothing in life is a required thing or something that should require planning. If someone chooses to play video games they are not wasting their life, they are using their life in a way that makes them happy. I would say its a pretty healthy lifestyle not a waste thank you very much.
